Completing the placement

Would you like someone to make the applications and monitor status of those applications until your loved one is offered a bed?

Our "completing the placement" service has been designed to relieve much of the stress on a family during these activities.

As in our "selecting the right facility" service you will be provided with a list of appropriate facilities for you to consider.

However, we will continue to complete all the necessary application paperwork, including the Part A document, any application paperwork required by the facility and the 'Request for an Assets Assessment' booklet.

We will submit applications, work with the admission coordinators to secure the placement and keep you updated with any the applications for placement status.

When the placement is secured, we will guide you through the admissions steps.
