Consultations
We can arrange a consultation in our
offices, in your family home, in hospital, or over a coffee
at your local preferred meeting place.
For interstate placements, we use
a formal template email request designed to ensure that we
get an accurate picture of your family requirements.
Weekend and evening appointments can be arranged. Aged Care
Connect consultants are available from 8am to 9pm.
During the consultation process, it is preferrable to have
the current ACAT summary available. This enables us to get
a clear understanding of care needs. We may need to ask for
additional information in relation to location preferences,
financial situation, cultural, religious, dietary and recreational
needs. This allows us to provide a detailed summary to prospective
aged care homes and to ensure homes applied for will meet
your individual family needs.
Our fees are kept at a reasonable rate and are payable in
two parts. An initial deposit is paid after the consultation
and the final balance owing is payable only after the placement
is made. An Aged Care Connect consultant will explain the
fee structure prior to commencement of service.
